Yes, I think that you're right, I had a look back over some catalogue entries on Stuff of Legends and the first references to the new Dreadnought that I can see have the multi-melta arm, and only later on do the assault cannon / missle launcher etc become available. I did have a feeling I was pushing it a bit putting 1993 in the post title but never mind!Danny Kastigaunthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17906083369915618434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1922838597775752652.post-34162920045457574072013-12-07T15:18:30.459-08:002013-12-07T15:18:30.459-08:00Very nice! I've owned one of those mighty metal beasts for years, must have bought it in the shop in my teens, although don't remember exactly when or where. It currently has a naff white scars paintjob, (which just looks unfinished, as white is hard to do anyway, but even more so when you're an inexperienced teenager!). I plan on repainting it to go with my retro RT Crimson Fists force.<br />I notice yours came with an assault cannon and powerfist...mine has a multimelta and powerfist. So I think yours must have been a slightly later variant, because I'm sure when the "new style" metal ones were first released, the multimelta was the only right-hand weapon you could get. Not that it matters much, just an observation. :)Ninja-for-Hirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06812271146470041696noreply@blogger.com
